Clause (RODO)

Fulfilling the legal obligation regulated by the provisions of Art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation ) (Journal of the European Union of 04.05.2016 L 119/1), hereinafter referred to as "GDPR", Comad sp. Z oo ul. Dobropole 4 70-892 Szczecin informs that:

The administrator of your Personal Data is Comad sp.z o.o. ul. Dobropole 4, 70-892 Szczecin NIP: 851-27-43-493 REGON: 812377868 hereinafter referred to as "ADO";
Customer's personal data is processed for the proper provision of the subject of the contract (delivery / service /) by ADO art. 6 section 1 letter a, b, f;
the legitimate interests of PDC include the need to perform their basic services related to the proper performance of the contract and direct marketing;
Your personal data will not be transferred to a third country or to an international organization;
Your personal data will be processed only for the period necessary to achieve the purposes of personal data processing resulting from the relevant provisions of law, i.e. until the end of the service by ADO, relevant tax law provisions, until the expiry of any claims;
you have the right to access your personal data and rectify, delete or limit processing or the right to object to the processing;
you have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO), ul. Stawki 2 00-193 Warsaw, tel. 22 531 03 00, fax. 22 531 03 01, e-mail: kancelaria@puodo.gov.pl;
the provision of your personal data by you is optional (voluntarily), but necessary for the performance of this contractual relationship. Refusal to provide data by you will result in the need to terminate this contract for the provision of services between ADO and you;
Your personal data will not be subject to automated decision-making processes by PDC, including profiling in the implementation of this contract.
